Meaning of Life Hangs on a Thread

So how long has it been now?

Looks like ever since I graduated and got to work my posts have been tremendously reduced compared to the time I was still on college.

I don't know, maybe it was because I needed an escape from my final project which would also help me to write better for my report.

Maybe it's because after I graduated I just went out for an all-out revenge to my hiatus from bigger form of entertainment.

Maybe it's because after I got my job I realized the time I have for myself got reduced so I just lost my priorities.

Maybe it's because after a whole year of being a mindless wake-up-go-to-work-go-home-play-games-sleep-repeat brained robot I also lost my sense of creativity.

Maybe because I just don't care anymore about what will happen.

Maybe I really should put a gun on my head and end all these useless things.

Meet the Sorceress

Thought I'd share an opening bio for one of my story's best main characters, also my ECO main character too. Meet Kirisawa Reika.

“Say what you have to say, then get out of my face”, is probably the impression you get from this girl’s stare when you meet her for the first time.

Kirisawa Reika, an orphan before she even reaches 5 years old, is a human mage prodigy raised by the elves of Highborne after her parents’ tragic death. The elves took her in since she got no other relatives to do so, and the fact that she holds a terrifying power potential also caused her being alienated out of jealousy and fear by her own race. Thus she never really bothered being sociable to them in return.

As the only magister magi candidate with no partner, she became a master of Fire elements and Highborne elven magic, earning the title of “Infernal Eraser”. Stubborn, hot-headed, and reckless in nature, her blazing heterochromatic eyes show all but mercy to her opponents in battle. But even the fire goddess who is said to be able to bring down an entire battleship fleet by herself has some sensitive traits that make her seem quite childish; she is known to be defenseless in front of kittens for one, and don’t you even dare make a joke about her small chest.

Time goes by in her trials of solitude, trusting no other human but herself. Eventually she has to face the truth about who she really is, the reason behind her orphan status, and the ordeals it will bring. Inevitably, the ministry of magic has no choice but not to allow her to travel alone anymore.

She has refused every offer of partner candidates, and not a single bodyguard assigned by the ministry lasted longer than a month. She claimed them to be ‘useless insensitive robots’. Throughout those hassles, she’s still secretly digging out more out of her past connected to the magic world.

As her journey progresses and most of her secrets revealed, she became more aware of the loneliness in her solitude, yet decided to conceal it even deeper. But a blademaster she met on her travel back to her hometown in Japan saw through it, so he arranged with her local supervisor to assign his own apprentice to be her ‘temporary bodyguard’ as long as she is there; ignoring massive protests from the apprentice who had accidentally got on her bad side before, and a blazing refusal – literally - from Reika herself.

And so their story begins…

ECO Report: Lvl 99 reached.


Max level? Nope, at least 11 more to the limit. But I don't have the willpower to go on anymore, at least for now.


CoD MW3 report: Completion.
It only took 2 days of 4 hours/day, kinda broken for a 14GB+ sized game if you ask me. So even now the record for the longest Call of Duty games still being held by the first one.


LoL Report: Getting better (?)
Still need to work up my skills some more, so far I can only do good with Caitlyn. =="


Dragon Nest Report: All chars lvl 32, Acrobat almost full geared.
It was a easier before when the level cap is still 24. But now suddenly everything I need will pop my Gold stash.


BF3 and Skyrim Report: On hold.
Harddisk space factor, I can't put BF3 in unless I do some clean ups.

As for Skyrim..... I fear only God can save me if I play it before I deal with the others first, so I'm not even going to test-play it. I remember my "test-play" on Fallout 3 lasted for 3 days straight. Yeah, I skipped my college classes.


That'll be all for now, too busy shitting rainbows from these swarms of fun. And I still haven't included Assassin's Creed Revelations

Maybe I'm Just too Lazy

Let's see.... July - no wait, it doesn't count. August, September, October... 3 months of no blogging. o_o

I have no excuses this time, except of playing too much Dragon Nest in my free times. In fact I haven't been writing anything since that month. =="

So, now on to some other stuffs to write.

This month has 2 events on my two favourite MMOs: Hanabi on ECO and Halloween on DN.

Hanabi is an event where you can view fireworks at night (!), complete with the cake shops around the area. Too bad there are no mini-games like shooting gallery and fish catching like IRL.

But I can still do stuffs like these:

25 for Life

Another birthday to the author of this unread blog! Boy, the thought of turning 25 never really crossed my mind. So this is how it feels like to be a quarter of century old. O_o

Today's birthday is quite special, since I'm not celebrating it alone anymore. I have my sweet daughters here for me as well. :3

You're a Kitty!

I was on my way to the office's Foodcourt when suddenly...

A Wild Kitteh appeared!

With me being a cat lover, the result was expected: I put down every defenses and call out to it like a little girl talking to her teddy bear. It turned out that the cat was so tame it snuggled itself all over my leg...

*ahem*
Anyway, I spent time with her for I don't know how long. All I remember was the warm fuzzy feeling of joy, cat purrs, and the staring of passerbys.

Oh, I haven't told you guys this yet; I'm actually allergic to cat furs, I had a temporary runny nose and now my chin is itchy. But that's not really a notable case to me, for this table below will explain what I - and perhaps, the rest of world's cat lovers - believe about petting a cat outdoors.



I wish I can meet her again in the near future. (>.<)
