We are not Venom

I bet you all know Venom and/or Carnage from Spiderman right?

Well, I'm planning to make another symbiotic alien character just like them, fusing itself to its host, giving the host several abilities, capable of forming some kind of body armor while giving the host significant increase to physical attributes, etc2.

Of course, the body armor form won't look this hideous (although it's able to, especially in its more demonic forms)

But it'll be black too, nevertheless.

It will start as an evil character, being an exile from it's planet, until it fuses with another character of mine - my novel's main character - and starts to value other lifeforms.

It also has a mind of its own, interacting with the host, blocking harmful objects reflexively, even popping out unexpectedly just for its own amusement.

Even though I've figured out what kind of abilities and drawbacks it will provide, I still got no fixed name for it, I'm thinking of Kael'loran for the time being. If I can't find anything better, I'll go with that.

The Jedi Code

There is no emotion...
There is peace.

There is no ignorance...
There is knowledge.

There is no passion...
There is serenity.

There is no chaos...
There is harmony.

There is no death...
There is the Force.

Long Time No See =_=

It really has been a while since I came back here the last time huh? Well it can't be helped...

Right after I finished my first phase of final assignment, I replayed Neverwinter Nights 2. Right after that I played the expansion, Mask of Betrayer. And almost immediately ater I beat that I replayed Knights of the Old Republic.

So, yeah, it was quite a busy 2 months, no? :p

Anyway, let's open up this story of the month with my dream this morning

Yep, I still remember it quite well enough. The scene was.. Well.. Inside a pyramid that suspiciously similar to the Tomb of Tulak Hord in KotOR. And there was even the mad man himself in there.

Oddly enough, there are no walls. Next to the floors are a bottomless pit. Not to mention the floors themselves are floating. O_o

I went into this pyramid with a party of explorers. The path from the entrance was completely straight-forward, besides being curved up and down time and time again.

After a not-so-long walk, we found a relic standing atop of a pedestal, with Jorak standing next to it. He said that if we want to claim the relic, we had to answer all his questions correctly.

The questions were not too difficult, until the last one when he asked whether anyone of us would kill each other for the relic. We said no, of course. Well, as a mad man he was, he claimed it as a wrong answer, and started to glow like a Super Saiyan (a bald super saiyan, to be exact @_@).

Since this is MY dream, some guy from my party whacked his head with a Frying pan before he could do anything. ~_~

Apparently Jorak was some kind of a guardian of the pyramid, because after we kicked his bald butt the pyramid started to collapse upon us. So we grabbed the relic and ran like hell to the entrance...

Which, unfortunately, was slowly closing down, and I was the last of the line, pretty far from others actually, since I was the one carrying the relic...

The others made it in a near miss, as for me it was even nearer. After the guy in front of me managed to escape, the floor behind him - in front of me - collapsed, I didn't know what else to do but jump.

Now here's the wacky part, I actually managed to jump from debris to debris and grabbed the floor on the entrance gate and hoisted myself up, rolled under the closing gate, and I was outside.

I woke up stunned.

I mean, really, not even the Prince or Altair would ever be able to do that kind of stunt. And I really wish I'm actually able to.. O_O

Just You and Me Now...

I've taken out the last two exams yesterday. Hopefully they'll come out good..

Now all that remains is my final task...

God, I wish I understand what the hell am I supposed to do in it...

Another year for the world

Happy belated new year!!...Is what I want to say. Seriously, didn't realize it was already a next day. =_=''

I was planning to post last night but me and my friend downstairs were having a good time terrorizing Liberty City with our own TX-3000 Terminator codenamed "Niko Bellic", completely invulnerable to bullets, explosions, high drops, extreme collisions - you name it, armed with complete arsenal of destruction in unlimited ammo, and has a certain interest in molotov cocktail complete with a Hobgoblin obsession minus the hoverboard plus an NRG 900.

I spend my new year's eve with my 3 cousins, it wasn't really a roof raising activity, we only strolled to Paris van Java, ate at a Japanese Restaurant, watching 2 movies in a row (!), and hanging out on the edge of the parking lot while waiting for the traffic to calm down.

Nevertheless, it was another moment of my life that I will cherish forever. Back then the only new year events that I do was whispering "happy new year" quietly in my bed when the clock reached 00.00 and sending messages to my buddies, then going to sleep.

Here's the lonely quartet, separated from home where the rest of the family was having a big time Barbecue party.

Aditya Ramadhan aka Adit - my cousin, my brother, my homie - and Anita Pravitasari aka Anita or Nyta - my dear cousin who, in our childhood, was able to completely piss me off just with 3 words (lol) -, a great example of loving siblings. If you want to read Nyta's blog, it's right here, though recently she started a new one.

Rizka Febriana aka Rissa - my dearest cousin, closest to a sister, who's always able to cheer me up whenever I bother her with the stories of my broken life - and Nyta. Two girls who really likes novels and movies.

This is all three of them on the escalator ride. Sorry for the blur guys, the peaceful moment was just moving, get me? Haha. :D

Yep, that's me. Their unreliable big brother who's willing to give up even his life for them whenever the situation calls for it..

That's all for now I guess. My eyelids are giving up.. >.<

It's (almost) Over

The last exam for this year is bagged and tagged, thank God..

But it's not over yet, I still got my final assignment and a group project that I haven't even bothered looking up due to the exams. Not to mention that there's still one more exam next year, but it won't be as bad as this year's. ==''

Still, it's nice to finally have a breather. Now I think I'd better try to remember what did I planned to post on the past few weeks. >_<

Rendezvous

I have a rendezvous with Death
At some disputed barricade

When Spring comes back with rustling shade
And apple-blossoms fill the air

I have a rendezvous with Death
When Spring brings back blue days and fair.

It may be he shall take my hand
And lead me into his dark land

And close my eyes, and quench my breath
It may be I shall pass him still.

I have a rendezvous with Death
On some scarred slope of battered hill

When Spring comes round again this year
And the first meadow-flowers appear.

God knows 'twere better to be deep
Pillowed in silk and scented down

Where love throbs out in blissful sleep
Pulse nigh to pulse, and breath to breath
Where hushed awakenings are dear...

But I've a rendezvous with Death

At midnight in some flaming town,
When Spring trips north again this year,

And I, to my pledged word, am true

I shall not fail that rendezvous...
