Communication Disabled

I will start this with an apology for anyone who tried to contact my cellphone from yesterday up to until now.

Here's what happened: I accidentally dropped my cell from my bed, from the side that faces the wall. It produced shattering sound when it hit the floor...
I quickly look for it under my bed... To pick up parts of my cell. The back case was open, the battery was few centimeters away, and the SIM Card a bit further from it.

Now you might be as confused as I was back then, it was only a short distance fall but it crashed to pieces like that..

I put everything back together and turned it on. It went on, but the SIM card couldn't be detected. I picked out and reinsert the SIM card again, still the same.
Since I got an appointment in a few hours, I left my cell as it were and departed.... Only to see that the appointment was canceled without me knowing.

So I returned home and retried the reinsertion method on my cell, still didn't work. I turned it off in the end. Then at night I turned it on again, but nothing seemed to improve, so I turned it off again.

And sometime before posting this, I came up with a plan. After consulting with my friend, Iman, I decided to do it. The plan was quite simple: Since this happened because of a hard impact, I'll just give it ANOTHER impact.

That being said, I threw my cell to the floor, praying. It shattered again, and I put it back together......
It came back alive like it used to be.

Joy!

I thank you God for returning Nocchi to me safe and sound...
Oh, here he is by the way, my 5 year old cell phone, who has endured a lot things with me

Ah yes, I forgot to tell you guys. I lost my camera sometime before... But fear not, he has returned to me, and no harm done as well!!

I hope we will never be separated again Eksu-kun...

Happy Belated New Year!

Hey guys, what's goin on?
I'm currently typing this on my way back home inside the travel car, gonna post after I arrive there.

Well, as the post said, happy belated new year people! Hope things will be better. A year has passed so suddenly that I forgot to post it, a shame really, but it's not like my new year's eve was a blast anyway, altough it wasn't a boring one - I spent the last night of 2009 playing Counter Strike with my buddy.

Lame? Yes.

But it's worth noting because I appreciate the fact that I at least did something fun, compared to others who won't even try to enjoy the night. Could be because they don't know what to do, or they are sick, or they were mourning on something instead, or...... they are working? (I REALLY pity these guys).

So if anyone reading this laughed at how lame I spent the new year's eve, please to the world a favor by looking at how lame did YOU spent it first.

Have you got your resolutions for this year? I got quite a lot, but describing all those will be quite tiring right now, so let's save it for later shall we?

So anyway, the story for today would be... a hypothermia.

Why? Well, when I was on my way to the travel car pool that will take me back to Jakarta, it started to rain. A small one at first, then it periodically gets bigger. So big that the street was flooded.

It was a two-lane street, and it's a shopping centre, so I bet you got the idea on how crowded it was. The traffic won't move an inch, the people sheltered themselves under anything they could find, and the flood didn't help anything.

But wait, it gets better. The angkot that I rode on decided to make a detour from his route, and the passsengers that needed to go to places on his usual route were forced to get off in the middle of the rain, this includes me. The reason? Because it would be useless for him to endure the traffic because he won't find more passengers within his time limit, yes the inhuman act was all because of money.

Oh, and we still have to pay. So I gave him his money and cursed at him. I yelled quite loud, hope he heard it.

And there I was, in the middle of the storm. Shelterless and without umbrella.

I. Was. And. Currently. Still. Freezing.

Typing this took a lot of effort you know, right now I can't feel my legs and my hands are numb, moving my fingers is not an easy matter as well. It's all thanks to my drenched clothes & pants, wet sandals, and the bloody air conditioner. My body won't stop shivering.

May God rain eternal misfortune on that cursed angkot driver.

I REALLY wish for a hot chocolate....

====================================================================================
Now I'm at home, I was too tired last night to post this, and I had a small chat with my mom as well. So here it is, a story that I had yesterday.

Me? I'm perfectly fine, even after all that. Thank you Allah. ^_^
